4 oz. spaghetti cooked and drained

1 egg lightly beaten
|

1 C. sour cream
|
|
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 t. garlic powder
|

1 block shredded Monterey Jack cheese

10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 can French fried onions

Instructions |
|
|
Combine egg, sour cream, parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
|

Add spaghetti, spinach and ½ can of the French fried onions; toss to combine. Pour mixture into baking dish.
|
|
|
Cover; bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions. Bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until onions are browned.
