     Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients
16 oz can pineapple chunks, in its own juice
2 tablespoons vegtable oil
1 green bell pepper, cut in 1 inch squares
1 onion cut in thin wedges
1 clove garlic minced
1 pound bonelss pork, cut in strips
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup Karo, light or dark, your preference
1/4 cup cider vinegar
 
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions
Draine pineapple, reserve juice. In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add peeper, onion, and garlic, stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. Stir-fry pork half at a time until no longer pink.
Return meat to skillet. In a bowl stir together juice, and remaining ingredients. Stir into skillet. Add pepper and onion mixture. Stirring over medium heat bring to a boil, and boil for 1 minute.
Serve over rice.
