Mix all but the noodles in a small saucepan over low heat until everything is melted. More milk can be added if you want a thinner sauce.
This is the only sauce Megan will eat on Spaghetti. It tastes really good with the green tobasco. Sarah really likes this too.
I think the recipe came from a Philly cream cheese box, I have never found one everyone likes since.
