3-CUPS RHUBARB
1/2-CUP BUTTER
1 1/2-CUP SUGAR
1-EGG
1-CUP BUTTERMILK
1-TSP BAKIN G SODA
1-TSP VANILLA
1/2-TSP SALT
2 1/2-CUPS FLOUR
 
1-CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2-CUP CHOPPED PECANS
!!!!!!!TOPPING!!!!!!!
1/2-CUP BUTTER
1-CUP SUGAR
1/2-CUP EVAPORATED MILK
1-TSP VANILLA

Instructions
CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR. ADD EGGS & BUTTERMILK, MIX WELL. ADD SODA,VANILLA,SALT,AND FLOUR,THEN RHUBARB. POUR INTO A 9 X 13 GREASED PAN SPRINKLE WITH BROWN SUGAR AND NUTS. BAKE 45 MIN AT 350
TOPPING- HEAT BUTTER,SUGAR,EVAP. MILK,AND VANILLA UNTIL SUGAR IS DISOLVED. STIR OCCASIONALLY, POUR OVER WARM CAKE
