     Picken Pigtail Cabbage

Ingredients
Picken Pig Tail
1 Whole Onion
1 Clove of Garlic
Head of Cabbage
 

Instructions
Boil pig tails until most done
Cut up cabbage into to quarters and cook into little water and cooking oil.
When pigtails are soft add to the cabbage.
Add to the cabbage your garlic and onion. Cook until the onion and cabbage is soft.
Serving Suggestions
This is one of those old recipes, feel free to use smoke sausage instead of the pig tail. We understand!
