     Jalapeno Cheesecake

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese or low fat cream cheese
1 1/4 c cheddar cheese, grated
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
8 ounce jar jalapeno jelly, divided
 

Instructions
Mix half of the jelly with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a 6-inch greased spring-form pan or a small casserole. Bake at 350F for 35 min. Cool slightly. Heat remaining jelly and pour over cheesecake. Serve either warm or cold with crackers or tortilla chips.
