Carrot Souffle

Carrot Souffle

Ingredients
-
3 pounds of carrots
-
1 1/2 cup of butter
-
6 eggs
-
1/2 cup of flour
-
1 teaspoon of baking powder
-
3 cups of sugar
-
1 teaspoon of vanilla
 

Instructions
Peel carrots, cut them into small pieces, and boil them.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake 350 degrees until Brown
Cover with powder sugar.
