Melt caramels and 1/3 Cup of vaporated milk over low heat, blend until smooth

Pour the cake mix into a mixing bowl. Add 2/3 cup evaporated milk and melted butter. Beat until smooth. Batter will be thick.

Divide batter in half and spread into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 mins.

|
Remove pan from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over baked batter. Pour melted caramels over choc. chips. Place spoonfuls of remaining cake batter on top of caramels. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let sit overnight before cutting.
