     Auntie Muggy's Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
6 Bell Peppers
3 stocks of celery
1 medium onion
garlic
2 cups of shrimp
1 can of crab meat
1 cup of bread crumbs
8 slices of bread
 

Instructions
Boil bell peppers until soft. Save about 1 cup of the water from the boiled bell peppers. Drain them and cut them in half and put them in a foil covered cookie pan. Set it aside.
Cut your trinity- onions, celery, and garlic. Saute them in small amount of oil. Add shrimp and crabmeat. Then add slices of bread and 1/2 cup of bread crumbs. Use water from boiled bell peppers to help soften the bread and bread crumbs until it creates a dressing consistency. Add salt and pepper for taste
Stuff the bell peppers with the dressing. Cover the tops of the bell peppers with bread crumbs on top of each bell pepper.
Put bell peppers in the oven until they are brown on the top.
