     Lola's Carrot Cake

2 c. flour
1 3/4 t. baking soda
1 3/4 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
2 c. minus 2 T. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar

Sift flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Beat together sugar, eggs, oil, carrots, and nuts. Mix dry mixture into wet mixture.
Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cream together cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Frost cooled cake.
