Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
2-3 stalks celery, sliced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
2 t. garlic salt
1 T. vinegar
24 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 1/2 c. water
 
12 oz. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Brown beef, onion, celery, green pepper. Add garlic salt, vinegar, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and water.
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions and mix with meat sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
Can use 12 oz. tomato sauce and 12 oz. cream of mushroom soup instead of 24 oz. tomato sauce.
