     Candy Bar Cookies

Ingredients
Cookie- 3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp evap milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt - mix well and then gradually add
2 cups flour - roll out dough to 1/4 inch and cut into 1 inch squares and bake at 325 for 15 minute
Filling- 28 light carmels
1/4 cup evap milk
1/4 cup butter - melt in microwave and mix all together
 
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
Frosting- Melt 3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup evap milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar - mix well
makes 2-3 dozen squares depending on size

Instructions
After the cookies have cooled spread out on wax paper. Drop on top of each square 1/2 tsp pecan filling and 1/2 tsp icing.
