1 Pkg Ramon/Ichiban Noodles, broken up

4 Tbsp Butter
|
|
1 Bunch Broccoli, chopped fine
|

1 Large Head Romaine Kettuce, cut fine
|

4 Green Onions, chopped

Sweet & Sour Dressing-
|
|
1 Cup Canola Oil
|
|
1 Cup Sugar
|
|
1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
|
|
|
|
3 tsp Soya Sauce
|
|
Salt and Pepper to taste
|

Instructions |
|
|
Brown in saucepan- noodles in butter. Drain on paper towel and set aside.

Combine ingredients (oil, sugar, vinegar, soya sauce and salt and pepper) to make Sweet and Sour Dressing.
|
|
|
Mix together just before serving, combine noodle mixture, sweet and sour sauce and lettuce.
