     Creamed Turkey

Ingredients
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 c. diced celery
3/4 c flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 c turkey stock (or water and bouillon cubes)
4 cups diced cooked turkey
2 cups cooked peas
 
1 cup chopped pimento
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
Melt butter or margarine in large saucepan; saute onions and celery until tender but not browned. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; blend. Gradually add stock and cook until misture thickens, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
