     Grape Wine

Ingredients
3-6 oz cans frozen grape juice
4 cups sugar
dry yeast ( probably 1/2 tsp.)
 

Instructions
Heat some water to boiling. Pour on juice and sugar to dissolve. Add cold water till it is lukewarm. Add yeast. Put in gallon glass jug that is absolutely clean. Fill to neck with cold water. Cover jug opening tight with large balloon. Let stand in fairly warm place at least 21 days. Balloon will get large and lost generally goes down in 3 or 4 weeks. Strain through cloth. Bottle. Boes not have to be sealed. Just a screw cap in OK.
