2 3/4 c. mostaccioli or penne pasta, prepared & drained
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. steamed broccoli flowerets
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until blended. Add milk and stir constantly, cooking until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and nutmeg. Remove from heat.
In large bowl, combine mostaccioli, cheese sauce, and broccoli. Spoon into 9x13 baking dish. Spinkle Swiss cheese over the top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until thoroughly heated.
