     No-Bake Chocolate & Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
4 T cocoa powder
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup nuts (optional)
2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 tsp vanilla
 
Instructions
Pre-measure all ingredients. The mixture sets up really quickly so you need to have everything prepared and ready to go.
Mix together sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Bring to a boil and cook on high heat for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in remainder of ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool & serve!
