These are a cake like cookie (they won't harden) and they pretty much look just like they do uncooked when they are cooked. But, they are EASY AND YUMMMMY! One of my friends made a dip in each cookie with the back of the spoon and then dropped a dollop of cream cheese icing in the dip while still warm. She said it was very rich but delicious. Enjoy!
