Place pork, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Mix salt, cinnamon, garlic powder, pepper and cumin. Sprinkle over pork. Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of thickest part of pork and does not rest in fat.
Roast uncovered in 325 deg. oven until temperature registers 170 deg., about 2-1/2 hours. Prepare raisin sauce. Serve with pork.
