preheat oven to 350
saute onion and garlic in butter - add spinch and pepper - cook about 3 minutes until heated through
place combo of spinach mixture, picante sauce, and cheese in tortilla shell
fold shell and place seam down in baking pan
when all burritos are in pan, top with more picante sauce and cheese
bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes
