     Pie Crust 2

Servings   10 single pie crusts

Ingredients
8 c. flour
4 c. Crisco shortening
2 t. salt
1 c. water
2 eggs beaten slightly
1 T. white vinegar
 

Instructions
Mix all together in a large bowl. Will seem a bit soft but will roll out beautifully. Let sit a little while before using.
For pie shell, prick bottom with fork. Heat oven to 450 and bake 12-15 minutes or until done.
Pie dough will keep in refrigerator for several weeks in Tupperware or plastic bag. It also freezes well. Let dough come to room temperature before rolling out.
