Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream and butter together. Put 1/2 in a greased 9x9 inch pan. Slice 1 apple on top. Spread remaining batter over apple and top with Sugar and Cinnamon.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
