     Lemon Tartar Sauce

Servings   3/4 cup

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 T. dill pickle, finely chopped
2 T. green onion, finely chopped
1 T. lemon peel, finely grated
2 tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed

In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Keep covered in refrigerator at least 4-6 hours before serving to blend flavors.
