Chop all fruit very fine (I use a Pampered Chef food chopper) and combine in a large bowl. Mix in brown sugar and jam/jelly (any kind will do, I use strawberry because that is what we always have around). Set aside.
For the Chips-
8-10 flour tortillas (whole wheat or white)
cinnamon and sugar mix
Brush the tortillas with water and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Cut into chip-size pieces (I use a pizza cutter) and bake in a 425 degree oven for 5-7 minutes (a pizza/baking stone works great).
