Wash and layer dried beef in the bottom of a glass dish. (It's important to rinse the dried beef because they use salt to preserve it!) Next, layer chicken breasts. Mix the sour cream and soup together and poor over the chicken. I like to add the bacon last so it cooks evenly.....I use 1-2 slices per chicken breast depending on size. Then bake at 375 for 45 min - 1 hr. Serve with white rice and veggie. The sauce is excellent over the rice. You can easily double cut this recipe in half according to your needs.
