     Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
9 in pastry shell (from the freezer section)
¼ c grated parm cheese
3 eggs beaten
1 ½ cups cottage cheese, drained well
1 cup of heavy cream
2 TBL minced onion
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
 
1 tsp caraway seeds
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp worcestershire sauce
3 drops of tabasco
3 TBL butter, melted

Instructions
Cook spinach according to package directions and drain thoroughly. Bake the pastry shell t 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven temperature to 350. Sprinkle parm cheese in bottom of shell. Combine spinach and all remaining ingredients except butter in shell. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
