Spicy Italian Turkey Sausage w/Kale and White Bean

Ingredients
10 oz pkg frozen Kale or 1 lb of fresh kale, washed and torn
½ pkg of thin spaghetti (I use barilla plus or dreamfields low carb), cooked al dente
1 onion chopped
2-4 garlic cloves, minced
3 spicy (or sweet) italian sausage links, cases removed
1 can of white beans
1 can of chicken broth
¼ cup of sun dried tomato packed in oil (optional)
1 TBL of sun dried tom oil or olive oil
Salt, pepper, italian seasoning, hot pepper flakes
Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Instructions
Saute onions, garlic and sausage in hot oil. Be sure to crumble the sausage as it cooks. Sprinkle a little salt, pepper and Italian seasoning mixture as it cooks.
Add chicken broth, kale and white beans. Bring to a boil and simmer covered for 10 to 20 minutes depending on what type of kale you used. Next add the sundried tomato and cooked spaghetti. Toss until heated through. Top with grated parmesan.
