pound the chicken to an even thickness.
fry the bacon. drain on paper towels, reserving 1 tablespoon grease in pan.

season chicken with lemon pepper. fry till done in bacon pan. top with bacon and cheese until it melts.

|
serve on buns with dijon mustard if you like.
