Grease pans. Mix first six ingredients on low speed. Then beat three minutes on high speed. Add flour and mix. Divide batter evenly into three eight or nine inch pans.
Top with fruit.
Using pastry blender or food processor combine three ingredients for the streusel topping. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter and fruit topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
