Cook pasta according to package directions. Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink. Add green pepper and mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes.
Drain pasta, place in a 5 quart slow cooker. Stir in the beef mixture, cheese and pepperoni. Mix the pizza sauce and soup together and then put that in the crockpot also. Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
If it stays in the crockpot too long the pasta starts to break down. It is better to re-heat in the microwave than to keep it on the warm setting.
First tried in fall of 2009. Everyone loves it.
