     Chipped Beef & Noodles

Ingredients
4 oz. package chipped beef, chopped fine
2 T. melted butter
White Sauce-
3 T. melted butter
3 T. flour
2-1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese (reserving 2 T. for top)
Cooked egg noddles
2 T. bread crumbs
 
2 T. melted butter

Instructions
Cook chipped beef in 2 T. melted butter until tender. Make white sauce by combining 3 T. butter, 3 T. flour, and milk. Add the cheese and stir until smooth.
Arrange cooked noodles and meat sauce in layers in buttered casserole. Mix reserved 2 T. cheese with bread crumbs and 2 T. melted butter; sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
