1-1/4 c. flour

1 tsp. baking soda
|
|
1 c. butter, softened
|

1/4 c. sugar
|

3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar

1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 eggs
|

3-1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
|

1 c. raisins (optional)

Instructions |

|
Combine flour and baking soda. In large bowl, combine butter, the sugars, and pudding mix; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs.
|

Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats and raisins. Batter will be stiff.
|
|
|
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
|
|
|
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
