Melt butter in shallow pan; remove 2 Tbls and set aside. Combine gravy mix and flour in plastic bag; add chicken, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat. Dip chicken in butter in pan, then turn, skin side up. Bake at 400 degreesfor 35 minutes. Combine honey, pina coloda mix and water with remaining butter; brush or spoon over chicken. Reduce oven to 350 degrees; bake 15 minutes, or until tender. 4-5 servings.
