Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry(using 1 cup flour). Saute 1 cup sliced onions in 2 Tbls butter until tender. Spread over pastry. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup grated American cheese. Blend 3 eggs slightly beaten, 1 1/2 Tbs flour, 2 tsp Mustard. Stir in 1 can Condensed cream of Mushroom soup, undiluted, and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over onions. Bake 45-60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
