Instructions |

|
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper cups.

Combine flour, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
|

Combine remaining ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.
|
|
|
Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 2o-25 minutes or until light golden brown. 160 calories each.
