     Veal Roast with Stuffing

Ingredients
1 breast of veal
Stuffing
1/2 cup seltzer
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup matzoh meal
Grate
1/2 piece celery
1 onion
 
1 carrot
parsley
NOTE- 4lb veal doubled stuffing recipe

Instructions
Mix all ingredients and add in 1 grated carrot, 1/2 piece grated celery and 1 grated onion. Add chopped parsley. Mix all and stuff veal and sew. Season veal with ginger - place onion on top and cover.
Bake 350 for 3 hours. Last 1/2 hour take off cover, baste and brown.
