Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2-3 slices of bread (shredded)
1/4 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon salt
sprinkle of pepper
1 cup of milk
1 egg
 
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
in mixing bowl combine- 2-3 slices of bread (shredded), 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 teaspoon salt, sprinkle of pepper, 1 cup of milk, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. mix then add in 1 pound ground beef and mix all together.
pre heat oven to 400 degrees. use two 9in x 12in pans litely coated with cooking oil. form balls out of the meat mixture and place them in the pans leaving 1 1/2in space between them. drizzel the tops of the balls with cooking oil then place pans in the oven. cook for 30-40 mins till golden brown.
serve as an appetizer or over a plate of spaghetti and enjoy. -)
