HEAT 1 QUART MILK TO A SKIM. DO NOT BOIL. WHILE HEATIING MILK, BEAT 3 EGG YOLKS UNTIL CREAMY; THEN ADD SUGAR AND FLOUR GRADUALLY TO EGGS UNTIL BLENDED. NEST ADD THIS MISTURE TO MILK. REHEAT ALL AND ALLOW TO THICKEN FOR 5 MIN., CONTINUOUSLY STIRRING. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET COOL FOR TEN MIN. THEN ADD CARNATION MILK.
