     Dutch Apple Pie

Ingredients
1 Graham Cracker Crust
2 lg. egg yolks, slightly beaten
8 c. slicked, cored, peeled cooking apples
1.5 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. suger
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. all- purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
 
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Brush bottom and sides of crust evenly with egg yolk; bake on baking sheet until light brown (5 min).
Turn oven down to 350. Combine apples, lemon juce- mis well and pour into crust.
Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, and butter with fork until crumbly.
Sprinkle minture evenly over apples. Bake until golden brown (55 min).
