BBQ Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
-
 1 (2-3) lbs. chicken, quartered
-
 1/2 c. chopped onion
-
 1/2 c. catsup
-
 1/4 c. Mrs. Buttersworth
-
 2 tbsp. mustard
-
 2 tbsp. lemon juice
-
 1 tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed
 
Instructions
Place chicken in shallow dish. In small bowl combine onion, catsup, syrup, mustard, lemon juice, and rosemary.
Pour sauce over chicken. Let stand at room temperature for 30 min. Place chicken on barbecue grill over medium hot coals.
Brush with sauce. Grill 30 minutes or until tender.
Turn and brush oftern with syrup.
