1 8oz package baker’s semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
4 eggs
½ cup blueberries (optional)
Instructions
Heat oven to 325. Mix crumbs and butter, and press onto bottom of a 13X9 inch pan lined with foil. Bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add chocolate, mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low after each, just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Use foil to lift cheese cake from pan. Top with berries.
