Ingredients
1 gal. ripe tomatoes, peel and crush with blender
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. onions, chopped fine
1 tbsp. nutmeg
3/4 tbsp. tobasco sauce
1/2 tbsp. curry powder
2 c. vinegar
5 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
 
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. mustard

Instructions
Mix all ingredients and cook slowly for 2 hours or until thick.
