     Norway Jarlsberg Filled Peppers

Ingredients
4 lrg. green bell peppers or red
2 t coarse salt
1 lb extra lean ground meat or venison
1/2 t Tabaso sauce
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 t black pepper
1 lemon juice
2/3 c. french breadcrumbs
1 1/4 c jarlsberg cheese diced
 
3 1/2 T butter
garlic salt to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Divide peppers in two long ways. remove stem and seeds. Sprinkel salt on baking pan.
Mix meat, Tabasco, garlic salt, pepper, lemon juice, crumbs and a half of cheese. Divide evenly between peppers halves. Top peppers with remaining cheese. Melt butter, add garlic salt, and brush over the peppers.
Place on top of coarse salt on baing sheet, and bake in 350 degrees oven about 35 minutes
