Boil the Pasta according to directions on the box.
Sautee the vegetables in water and season to taste with salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until they become tender.
Once the Pasta is done, drain them and toss it back in the Pot with the cooked vegetables.
Keep it on low heat and mix in the Peanut Butter, Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, and the Chili Bean Sauce or Szechuan Hot Paste and continue to stir until everything is coated and then serve.
