     Lemon Pound Cake

Ingredients
1 c crisco
1 stick margarine
3 c sugar
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 c plain flour-sifted
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3-1/2 tsp lemon extract
 
Instructions
Cream crisco, margarine, sugar, and milk together. Add salt, flour, and eggs; alternating flour and eggs. Add vanilla and lemon extract.
Bake at 300 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
