     Creamy Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
6 eggs
1/4 stick butter (optional, I never use it)
2 3/4 cup milk
13 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb box of macaroni elbow noodles
1 block velveeta (I use 16 oz 2% kind); chop or grate
Salt & pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions & drain. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl. Set aside.
In a 13x9 casserole pan, spread a layer of cooked noodles. Cover bottom layer with chopped/shredded velveeta cheese. Add another layer of noodles. Add the cheddar cheese. Pour the egg and milk over the top.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes or so once cheese starts to melt. Stirring frequently makes it creamy instead of the solid consistency that most baked mac & cheese has.
