4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
|

1 cup water or chicken broth
|
| |
1/4 cup melted butter
|
| |
1 pkg seasoned or cornbread stuffing mix
|

2-3 leftover biscuits or cornbread, crumbled (optional)

| |
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
|
| |
Poultry seasoning & onion powder to taste (optional)

Instructions |

Place chicken in a greased 3 qt slow cooker. Top with soup.
|

In a bowl, combine the water or broth with the stuffing mix. Add additional seasonings if desired. Add the 2 eggs, slightly beaten.

Spoon stuffing mix over the chicken. Top with the melted butter.
|
|
|
|
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken juices run clear.
