     Artichoke Dip

  Anything or white wine

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) can artichoke hearts (drain and chop)
1 brick of cream cheese (softened)
1 (16oz) container of sour cream
1 small can of diced green chilies (do not drain)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
pepper and lemon to taste
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a 1 -1/2 qt. casserole dish.
Heat in over for 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until heated throughout.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, bread, or veggies (celery is my favorite)
