half head of cabbage sliced into 1-1.5 inch strips
1 can Rotel tomatos or 1 can diced tomatos
1 grated carrot
Instructions
Cut sausage into 3 inch pieces and brown.
Add cabbage and grated carrot and saute with sausage.
Stir in tomato and simmer covered until cabbage is tender.
