     Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients
2 boxes coconut cream pudding ( the kind you cook)
3 cups whole milk
1 cooked deepdish piecrust
whipping cream 1 cup
powdersugar about1/2 cup
toasted coconut if desired for a topping
 

Instructions
Cook your jello pudding with the milk till it boils, stirring constantly.
Pour mixture into cooked pieshell and cool
Whip your cream with the powder sugar and cover the cooled pie and sprinkle toasted coconut on top if you like.
To toast coconut, spread a handful onto a cookie sheet and place in 400degree oven. Check every 30 seconds till lightly toasted. Its worth doing this because it makes your pie so much more appetizing.
